| What is a revision? A revision is a change to a logo that you have already selected and we are now just make edits and updates to create the finished product to meet or exceed your expectations. What is a redraw? A redraw is a new design concept. After we have provided multiple “rough drafts” of your new logo, if you don’t like any of them, then we can basically start over and create, (“redraw”) new logos for you. (redraws on only available on select packages). Why do I need a Black and White logo? When printing your logo in a newspaper or yellow pages, a black and white original will reproduce better and much clearer than a color logo. Many logo companies charge extra for black and white logos. We include it for free. How does the process work? We have designed the process to be very simple. After you have selected your package and filled out a brief questionnaire to help us familiarize ourselves with you and your company, you will receive a call from one of our designers. This is an invaluable benefit of Leapfrog Logos. We want our designers to talk to you directly and clearly understand your company, your company’s image, mission, brand strategy and many other specific factors so that we can design the logo concepts that are consistent to your company and represent your company perfectly. After you have selected the logo that you like, you then work directly with the designer to make revisions and edits until you are 100% satisfied. We then will e-mail you the logo in multiple formats and send you a back up copy on a CD-ROM. How long until I get my design concepts? You will receive a call from one of our designers within 24 hours of placing your order and then your design concepts will be ready for you within 3-5 days. What if I don’t like any of the logo concepts? We have select packages that allow for complete redraws, however because our designers are working directly with you, we will already know what you are expecting and imagining for your logo and we are therefore very confident that you will love at least one of the concepts. Can I get my logo quicker if needed? Yes, we have rush service available. All logos are designed in the order that they come into us, however for a fee, we will move you the front of the line. How is my new logo delivered? After you logo meets your satisfaction and it’s approved, we will email it to you in multiple formats. We will then mail you a CD-ROM with the logos as well. How do I communicate with my designer during the process? One of the items that sets us apart from our competition is that you can communicate directly with your designer. The initial consultation is done live and in person via telephone. After that 99% of the communication is done via email, however your designer is always available to call you directly if requested. How many colors can I have in my logo? Does it cost more for more colors? Many firms try to charge you extra for additional logos. You can have your logo designed in any combination of colors that you choose for no additional cost. Can you build me a website to help launch my new business?
